Just Between Friends is a pop-up Kids & Maternity Consignment Event that happens 2 times a year. 

JBF events attract thousands of families that are actively seeking out high-quality products for their families, all while saving money and being able to say "Yes" to all their kid's needs and wants. 

Our spring event is March 27-30, 2025 and we are expecting over 100,000 items to sell
and 3,000-5,000 shoppers.

Booth Sharing: Booth sharing is not allowed. Vendors must only sell the items that they have indicated in the "description of business" section. Only ONE business per vendor booth.

Reservations: We cannot reserve locations for your booth. These will be pre-assigned on a first paid, first served basis. Floor plan is determined by JBF Dallas.

Approaching customers: Shopping customers are not to be walked up to and approached. You are welcome to stand/sit at your table and talk to people who walk by or that come up to you.

Shopping: You and 1 guest will be able to shop the pre-sale at 11am, please do not pick out items and hold them at your booth before 11am. You and 1 guest will be able to shop the 1/2 off presale Saturday at 3pm, please do not shop and hold items before 3pm.

Food: You are responsible for your own food, drinks, etc.

Security: You are solely responsible for the manning and operation of your booth and all items in your booth. Security is provided during the sale for JBF merchandise only. JBF is not responsible for the safety of the sponsors or vendors against theft, fire, robbery, accident, or for any other destructive cause or for any injury that may arise to the public in their booth, or to the sponsors or vendors or to their employees while at the sale or in route to the sale

JBF Dallas, is responsible for all JBF consignors merchandise, therefore all items need to be purchased every evening before closing and are NOT allowed to be stored under vendor tables until AFTER purchase. JBF Dallas reserves the right to check under vendor tables for items that have not been purchased.

Insurance: JBF Dallas does not provide insurance for vendor participants.

Rights of JBF Dallas in the Event the Sale is not Held: JBF Dallas will not be held liable for any damage or expense incurred by Sponsors & Vendors in the event the sale is delayed, interrupted, canceled or not held as scheduled for any reason beyond the control of JBF Dallas.

All payments are non-refundable and valid for current sale only.

I understand and agree that Just Between Friends of Dallas is not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to my personal, business or display items. I agree to hold harmless JBF, its owners, participants, volunteers and sponsoring organizations from any and all liabilities and damages to and from my product. I agree to hold harmless JBF, its owners, its participants, volunteers and sponsoring organizations for any personal injury resulting from participation in the JBF consignment sale from whatever cause either seen or unseen. I agree that JBF, its owners, participants, volunteers and sponsoring organizations are not responsible for my success or sales at the JBF Sales Event. I am solely responsible for setting up and breaking down my booth and agree to all above terms and conditions.
